Our Ducks come from responsibly sourced British farms that uphold high welfare standard. The Organic Duck is rich, succulent and lovingly raised in Devon. It is bursting with deep, rich flavour and melt-in-the mouth tenderness. Please note that this is a cured and smoked product, so the inside appearance may have a pinkish look about it - it is definitely 100% cooked!
