Our smoked chicken is delicious served hot or cold - perfect for quick meals or something more indulgent.
Cold: allow to fully defrost in the fridge. Slice and enjoy with a fresh garden salad, crusty bread, couscous or in a sandwich for a light flavored meal. You can also enjoy it in a sandwich or wraps.
Hot: Place the smoked chicken in an ovenproof dish and warm at 180oC for about 30 minutes.
Alternatively, add a splash of malt vinegar, a pinch of milled black pepper, crushed garlic and scatter with sliced onions and sweet pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil and heat in the oven at 180 oC for about 30 minutes until warmed through.
Serve with steamed basmati rice and vegetables for a hearty, satisfying dish.
